Years of experience has shown us that the importance of interior designing is highly overlooked among many. Often times this happens due to several factors, the most important of which is getting to know the right person to consult, design, manage process and deliver the expected. This is how we got to think of creating this company "Perspective". Lack of perspective as to what may this space become among many others, is the main motive for what we do professionally.

Interior Designing
Landscaping

In order to achieve our goals in Interior Design & Landscaping we go through the following phases:

Phase One: Architecture Modifications :

Consists of Projected layout Architecture and architectural modifications .It includes the internal partition of walls, areas modifications, clarify the corridors of movement and the setting of fixed and moveable furniture pieces.

Phase Two: The Design:

It includes perspective shots with colors and natural materials to clarify the idea and the suggested materials for walls, ceilings, floors, lighting units and furniture..... Etc.

Phase Three: The Workshop Drawings:

Includes all the necessary drawings for the implementation of the floors, ceilings, distribution of electrical outlets and sockets, wooden work details, spotlights distribution and looping …......etc.

Phase Four: Materials Selections:

The colors of paintings, wallpaper, lighting units, curtains, bathrooms units and accessories and movable furniture pieces... etc.

Phase Five: Supervision of Implementation:

The supervision of implementation will be through periodic visits as per the site requirement to follow the scope of work and to maintain the consistency between the agreed drawings and the actual implementation within the desired quality criteria.
